PBS-150高速擺動數片機（High-speed Double-disc Counting Machine）產品介紹：

1、主機采用變頻調速自動控制技術，主機生產速度，篩動頻率，均可自行調節。

2、機內配備自動安全及保護裝置,避免物料不必要的浪費,在空瓶未到達生產工位時,主機為停止狀態,到達工位時自動開機,確保生產中計數、裝瓶準確性。

3、二只閘瓶裝置采用亞德客生產的汽缸攔瓶，動作靈敏、可靠、便于調節。

4、擺機構采用國內比較先進的“內控中心軸偏位”結構，變頻調速生產擺動效果，噪音低、調速方便，避免了國內現行由蝸輪、蝸桿軸向間隙竄動產生振動而引發的易損壞及調整較難等問題。

5、當進瓶無瓶或出瓶及瓶子堆積時，數片盤自動停止運轉，不進行數片工作，但仍保持啟動狀態，等待瓶子的到來和出瓶時，機器自動恢復數片工作。

6、采用箱體內平面萬向節機構，解決國內同類產品萬向節轉動死角的問題。

2.The machine is equipped with automatic safety protection device to avold unnecessary waste of the

materials.When the empty bottle does not reach the production process,the host will be the stop state.When

the empty boeele arrives,it will be automatic startup,which ensures production and bottling counting accuracy.

3.Two gate-bottles’device adopts the cylinder block bottle of AIRTAC.They are sensitive,reliable and easy to

adjust.

4.Swing mechanism adopts demestic the most advanced “internal control center axis

deviation”structure.Variable frequency speed makes swing effect,low noise and convenient adjustment.It

avoids damage and more difficult adjustable issues such as domestic current by the worm gear worm axial

clearnce vibration caused by the movement.

5.When the bottle comes with no bottle or a bottle out with bottle packing,the counting plate will stop running

automatically and not work,but still maintain the start state.Waiting for the arriveal of the bottle or out of the

bottle,the maching returns to work automatically.

6.The machine adopts the plate gimbal mechanism in the box body to solve the similar gimbal rotation angle

problem in thedomestic products.
